The engagement

How an engagement actually runs

No platform onboarding, no six-month discovery. One workflow, mapped and built in weeks, reviewed with the people who use it. Here is the shape, with real timescales.

01week 0

The review

Bring one workflow: the one that eats your Tuesdays. We sit with the people who run it, map where the hours go, and sketch what the agent version looks like. If it isn't worth building, we say so there and then, and the map is yours to keep.

02weeks 1 to 4

The build

We learn how your firm decides: the criteria, the passes, the sector language, the house style. That becomes a private knowledge base, and the agent is built on top of it. You see working output in the first week, not a slide about it.

03from go-live

The run

Outputs arrive where you already work: inbox, drive, CRM. A named person at your firm signs off anything that matters before it moves. The agents work overnight; your mornings get shorter.

04ongoing

The cadence

We review output quality with you on a set rhythm, tune what drifts, and retire what stops earning its keep. You own the knowledge base, the prompts and the pipelines. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you.

Commercials are agreed at the review: one workflow, a scoped first build, and a number you'll have before we start.

Bring us one workflow

Pick the one that eats your Tuesdays. We'll map it, show you what the agent version looks like, and tell you honestly if it isn't worth building.
